Return & Exchange Policy – Twinkle Togs

At Twinkle Togs, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

1. Return & Exchange Duration

  • Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Product

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

4. Refund Policy (Payment Method Based)

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • A 4% deduction will be applied to the total amount.
  • This is due to government tax deductions applied before the payment reaches us.

Online Payments (Bank Transfer / Card / Visa)

  • Customers will receive the full product amount refund.
  • Only delivery charges will be deducted.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the desired item is not available, a refund will be processed as per the policy.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
