Return & Exchange Policy – Twinkle Togs
At Twinkle Togs, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process.
1. Return & Exchange Duration
- Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Condition of Product
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
4. Refund Policy (Payment Method Based)
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- A 4% deduction will be applied to the total amount.
- This is due to government tax deductions applied before the payment reaches us.
Online Payments (Bank Transfer / Card / Visa)
- Customers will receive the full product amount refund.
- Only delivery charges will be deducted.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired item is not available, a refund will be processed as per the policy.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
